Fringed In Green

Okay, let's start with this: I wish you all the best year ever, may everything you do make you happy and most of all, enjoy every day and grab the opportunities when they face you. Yes, I am a little late with my New Year Wishes, but as you all know (or at least those of you who have read my previous post), I have been on a little trip to a place in the middle of nowhere, without Wi-Fi or anything. I have returned since Friday, and I must say, it hasn't been that bad. Of course I missed blogging and I had the feeling like I wasn't part of the world anymore, but the pro's are that I learned to knit and that I may have enjoyed my time with family and friends even more.
In my last post, I showed you a little preview of my beloved Titi + The German Kid sweater, and I've been dying to make an outfit with it... So I did! I paired it with a vintage grey Zara jacket, a casual blue jeans and... my new shoes. You might already know that I don't didn't like to go out and search for shoes since I have this huge shoe size, but now that I've come across this cool store that offers fashionable shoes in  small and big  huge sizes, I have to admit I now suffer from a quite critical shoe obsession. When I found these green sneakers with brogue-ish holes in them in my size, my heart skipped a beat. I didn't hesitate a second and ran to the pay desk to take these beauties with me.
Today was the first time I wore them and they fit like gloves! Can't wait to take them out a very often in the future.
On to the outfit! What do you think? Excuses for the quality of the pictures, it was getting dark when my friend shot them and my camera had a little struggle with that. (An enormous thank you to my dear Elise for taking these pics btw!)

my 'I look so serious and modellish but actually I'm just feeling awkward' face.
